1. The Kanzlerin from Germany sugested to make a Plackat (Plague) to Measure the Immersion of Toxid Gasses which each Nation have put out in one Productive year for themselves. This could be Measured and Controlled by the same Group of UN Comission Controllers for Atomic Energy (Climate Police).
2. The Rich Industrial Nations could decide to do a kind of “Fostering” Program for one or more Nations at the same time. Just as how some People Foster for one or more Children at a time, could the Rich Nations Work in such a System. For an Example China could look after Africa and themselves, America could look after Panama, Nicuragura and such undeveloped Nations as such, Europe could look after Greece, Somalia, Sudan and so on and every one could have their own Personal Foster Child or Children to whom they are Responsable for.
3. The Farmers in India and those who Lives in the Slams of India Need Urgent Help. Every Year does over 6000 Farmers in India committ Suicide for the lack of Help, whereby these Farmers have a Great Ecologish and Biologish System to plant Cotton and other usefull Plants without using Chimicals to help themselves, they Need more Investments and Stable Markets for their Bio Products.
4. Great Nations like America and their Farmers who are Controlled by McDonalds and WalMarkt and such, should not be alowed to danger small Farmers and their Crops.
5. We can Recycle Old Cloths like Jeans and such to make Books.
6. More Investments in Riffs.
7. Africa must do more against the Killing of Wild Animals and Trees and Forbit the Export of Horns to China and Japan for Sex Purposes.
